The mountain town Bozi Dar is a perfect place for all lovers of winter sports. If you prefer cross-country skiing, you'll be delighted with 70 km of trails that are connected with cross-country ski trails in Germany. Are you keen on downhill skiing or snowboarding? There are several ski areas for your pleasure. The ski area Novako is situated directly behind the family hotel Daro. It is suitable especially for children and beginners. More experienced skiers can try the ski areas Neklid and Klinovec. You can also use the service of rental centre in Bozi Dar with snowboards, snowscoots and snowshoes.
The ski area Neklid is easily accessible by a ski lift which begins directly in Bozi Dar behind the hotel Praha. The total length of all ski slopes in Neklid is more than 4 km. You'll find there 4 ski lifts with the operation time from 9.00 am till 4.00 pm but there is also a possibility of the evening skiing. Snowboarders will surely appreciate their own snowpark. You can also enrol on courses of ski & snowboard school Yettischool.
If you long for really steep ski slopes, we recommend you visit Klinovec - the largest ski area in the Ore Mountains. It is suitable for the whole family; children can improve their skills and snowboarding fans will jump for joy at the snowpark with Super Pipe ramp. The whole ski area is covered with artificial snow in case of need - that's why you'll never complain about a lack of snow.
